Guatemala, Central America, and the involvement I have had with their Bomberos has been the most rewarding humanitarian experience in my life. Everyone at some point in their life should give back to the world. Guatemala is mine.
It is amazing what enjoyment one can have when they work with team of like minded individuals - we have such a team. Guatemala now has an improved EMS system because of our efforts. The Bomberos are getting the training and tools so they can provide lifesaving treatments, unlike ever before.
The non-profit BRAVE Foundation is the formal arm of our team's cooperative efforts. The donations and support has tax benefit to those who do - it answers questions to our cooperative purpose, it provides the enthusiasm to continue our mission.
